Set it up
Play 3v3 or 4v4. Teams attack opposite end zones with no fixed target player waiting inside.
How to play
Score by passing to a teammate arriving in the end zone under control. Restart from the defending end after a score. Players can dribble and pass freely.
Make it easier
Allow a teammate to begin inside the target zone.
Add a challenge
Require the receiver to arrive after the pass is released.
What to watch for
A player camps in the zone and stops supporting. Ask them to leave and time a new run.
Take it into a game
Finish with a short small-sided game and look for the same passing decision without the activity’s extra conditions. Ask a player to describe one moment when it helped. Keep the next round simple if the skill disappears under pressure.
KEEP IT SIMPLELook for space. Keep the ball within reach.
