| Players | 2–8 |

| Starting space | 10 × 10 yards per four players |
| Suggested time | 6–10 minutes, including short breaks |
| Equipment | Balls, flat cones, bibs when teams are used |
Set it up
Players each have a ball and start near different corners. Leave the middle open.
How to play
Dribble toward a corner cone, slow down, turn before reaching it, and travel to another corner. Explore inside, outside, and sole turns at walking pace first.
Make it easier
Use only one preferred turn and larger turning space.
Add a challenge
Add a passive defender in the middle so players choose routes around them.
What to watch for
Players reach the cone before preparing the turn. Ask for the final small touch before the turn.
Take it into a game
Finish with a short small-sided game and look for the same dribbling decision without the activity’s extra conditions. Ask a player to describe one moment when it helped. Keep the next round simple if the skill disappears under pressure.
KEEP IT SIMPLELook for space. Keep the ball within reach.
